The NIREM Certified Property Consultant (RPL) program assesses the candidate’s understanding of the basic aspects of residential property market with particular focus to sales, purchase and customer service aspects including basic understanding of real estate market and business, types of properties, home purchase decision, property sale and purchase process, property documentation, property sales and marketing, property broking, listing agreements and representation, transaction process etc.

Eligibility
