Applying for entry into NIREM programs is an important step to accelerate your career growth and expand your professional horizon in the field of real estate. At NIREM, we offer diverse courses targeted at fresh graduates as well as professionals working in different functional areas of real estate.

Some courses are offered with placement assistance whereas others are meant for professional development of participants.

Therefore each program has its own admission criteria. Please visit the course calendar to access the program brochure of the course you are interested in. Program brochures contain detailed eligibility conditions along with related instructions.

Admission Process:

Interested candidates should download the application form from the respective program page. Please go through the eligibility conditions and instructions given in the application form.

If you satisfy the eligibility conditions, please fill up the application, attach your mark-sheet and certificate, two photographs and course fee and send it to the admission office of NIREM at the address given in the application form.

Selection Process:

We adopt the following two methods of selection:

Test and interview: For few courses admission is taken on the basis of an assessment test and interview. You can find details information in the program brochure.

First-come-first-served basis: There are other courses in which admission is taken simply on first-come-first-served basis. In these courses there is no test or interview.

In case of courses that have first-come-first-served basis of admission, your admission will be confirmed on receiving your application. In this system, even though last date may be mentioned in the application form, admission is closed as soon as all seats are filled. Therefore, for these courses, you are suggested not to wait for the last date.
