NIREM’s Post Graduate Program in Real Estate Management, the first in the country, educates men and women in the full range of skills required of real estate markets and its different functional areas. The focused 1-year curriculum and structure of this program are designed for and with the real estate community and emphasize on to the practical dimension of real estate market and business.
These courses examine in detail the breadth and depth of the various real estate disciplines—law, economics, market analysis, development, valuation, finance, and investment. Course topics range from analyzing and financing, managing and owning to selling.
The course objective is to help you acquire advanced technical, analytical and managerial skills that span the spectrum of the real estate industry. Therefore as a course participant, you acquire comprehensive knowledge of real estate business and learn skills that traditionally take years to acquire.

Duration

Eligibility
